Scope and privacy roles

NUQVERA ERP is a business-management service operated under the NUQVERA brand ("NUQVERA", "we", "us" or "our"). This policy applies to nuqvera.com, app.nuqvera.com, and related account, onboarding and support interactions.

NUQVERA determines how account, website, security and support data is handled. A customer organization generally determines why the business records its authorized users enter into the ERP are processed. For that customer-controlled content, NUQVERA processes the information to provide and protect the service on the organization's instructions, subject to applicable law.

02

Information we handle

Depending on how you use NUQVERA, we may handle:

  • Account and identity information: name, email address, profile image, authentication-provider identifier, organization membership and role.
  • Organization setup information: business profile, contact details, legal-entity and location information, financial settings, tax registrations and user permissions supplied by authorized users.
  • Customer content: accounting, sales, purchasing, inventory, CRM, banking, reporting and supporting records entered or uploaded by an organization. This may include personal information about its staff, customers and suppliers.
  • Support and communications: messages sent to our general or support addresses and the information needed to investigate a request.
  • Technical and security information: IP address, browser and device characteristics, request timestamps, session and security events, audit records, diagnostics and error information.

We receive information directly from you, from authorized members of your organization, automatically when the service is used, and from an identity provider you choose for sign-in.

03

How and why we use information

We use information only for legitimate service purposes, including to:

  • create, authenticate and secure accounts and organization workspaces;
  • provide the ERP features requested by authorized users;
  • preserve accounting integrity, audit history and controlled corrections;
  • respond to support, privacy and security requests;
  • detect abuse, prevent unauthorized access and troubleshoot failures;
  • improve reliability and usability using appropriately limited diagnostics; and
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

Where a law requires a lawful basis, we rely as appropriate on performance of a contract, steps requested before entering a contract, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where consent is specifically required. You may withdraw consent for future processing where consent is the basis, without affecting earlier lawful processing.

04

Google sign-in data

Limited identity access

If you choose Sign in with Google, NUQVERA receives only the basic account information made available through the openid, profile and email scopes. This can include your name, primary email address, profile image and a stable Google account identifier.

We use this information to authenticate you, create or link your NUQVERA account, maintain account security and provide the service. We do not receive your Google password and do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar or Google Contacts. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising, lending, creditworthiness decisions or training general-purpose artificial-intelligence models.

Google supplies the basic identity information to Clerk, which maintains the authentication profile and passes limited identity claims through NUQVERA's configured OpenID Connect sign-in bridge. NUQVERA's self-hosted authentication service stores the account identifier, primary email, provider link and security or session records needed to sign you in. NUQVERA does not use a Google access token to call Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts or another Google service.

Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

05

Cookies and similar technologies

The public NUQVERA website does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. The ERP and its authentication providers use essential cookies or similar storage to maintain a secure session, remember authentication state, prevent fraud and route you through sign-in. Blocking essential storage may prevent account access.

06

When information is shared

We may share limited information only as needed with:

  • Your organization: authorized administrators and members can see information permitted by their role and workspace access.
  • Service providers: identity providers such as Clerk and Google when selected, and infrastructure, security, support and email providers that help us operate the service under appropriate obligations.
  • Authorities or advisers: when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or security, investigate abuse, or establish and defend legal claims.
  • Business successors: in a proposed reorganization, financing, merger or transfer, subject to appropriate confidentiality and notice where required. Google-derived user data will not be transferred to a successor without the user's explicit prior consent.

We do not sell personal data.

07

International processing

NUQVERA is designed for users in more than one country. Information may therefore be processed where we or our providers operate. Where applicable law requires it, we use appropriate contractual, organizational or technical safeguards for cross-border processing. Contact us if you need information about safeguards relevant to your location.

08

Retention and security

We retain personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described here, an active customer relationship, security, dispute resolution and applicable legal or accounting obligations. Retention depends on the type of record. Financial and audit evidence may need to remain available longer than ordinary account data; protected backups may retain deleted information for a limited recovery period before scheduled expiry.

Basic Google identity information follows the account lifecycle described above. A verified account-deletion request removes the active NUQVERA account link and sessions; residual copies may remain temporarily in protected backups or where security, dispute, accounting or legal retention is required. Removing NUQVERA from your Google Account stops future Google authorization but does not itself delete records held by your organization in NUQVERA.

We use safeguards designed for a financial system, including encrypted network transport, role-aware access, tenant separation, restricted administrative access, audit records, integrity controls, backups and service monitoring. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please report suspected misuse promptly.

09

Your rights and choices

Depending on your location and our role for the information, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete personal data; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent; and complain to an applicable supervisory authority. An organization may need to handle requests concerning business records it controls.

Account or data-deletion requests

Email support@nuqvera.com from the address connected to your account with the subject “Data deletion request.” We will verify your identity and authority, identify information controlled by your organization, explain any records that must be retained, and process the request within applicable requirements. You can also stop future Google sign-in access through your Google Account's third-party connections controls.

10

Children

NUQVERA is a business service and is not directed to children. A person must be old enough to enter a binding agreement in their location, and at least 18, to create an organization-owner account.

11

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service, providers or legal requirements change. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when a change materially affects how personal data is used or when law requires it. Material new uses of Google user data will not begin without the notices and choices required by Google policy and applicable law.
